Get help with the app

The official README directs users to the DroidDeck Discord for help and device reports, with bug reports in its #bug-reports forum. GitHub also provides the project's issues and discussions pages.

Before opening a report, search for the same symptom and read the current release notes. This guide cannot access your device, Steam account, or app session.

• State your exact device model and Android version.
• Include your GPU model and DroidDeck version.
• Describe what you tapped, what happened, and whether Steam ever became visible.
• Use Share logs in DroidDeck Setup or the session drawer when the project asks for diagnostics.

Share diagnostic information carefully

The README says Share logs produces a scrubbed zip containing the newest session and relevant tool logs. Review files before sharing them publicly. Do not include passwords, Steam Guard codes, or unrelated personal documents.
